The staff were helpful and friendly . The location is convenient with easy access to local amenities. The hotel has its own car park, which i found very convenient (saves time looking for parking).

The room was quite noisy. I could hear conversations through the wall until late at night. The tea making facilities in the room could be improved. The bathroom showed signs of mould on the walls near the skylight.

The location was good and offered convenient access to nearby areas.

The room I received was very small. It was difficult to move around freely. The night porter was unhelpful when we wanted to have drinks after returning to the hotel. He said we could not have any at the bar and instead had to go to our rooms.

i found the staff to be genuinely friendly and helpful breakfast offered a reasonable choice of hot buffet items i also enjoyed the spa facilities it included a heated pool that wasn't too crowded the location was also convenient with just a short walk to the shops

i found the room a bit underwhelming it could use some modernization to improve its overall appearance
